Bio

I enjoy spending time with my growing family and our fur baby, Nala. I have been in the mental health field since graduating undergraduate, where I have worked in the school setting as well as a crisis center. I enjoy working with pre-teens and young adults as they find their way. I utilize a person-centered approach to meet client’s where they are at mentally and emotionally. I incorporate talk, play, and art therapy to allow clients to fully express themselves.
