Bio

I’ve been a mom and military wife for almost 20 years. I’m an animal lover with a special place in my heart for long haired, gray tabbies with big personalities. I have a constant rotation of foster fur babies and have provided a temporary home for over 200 cats and dogs. I bring passion to all that I do and find great joy and satisfaction in empowering others. Second only to my devotion to God, is my devotion to my family and their well-being. I bring that passion to my work as I help parents understand and work through childhood trauma, stopping generational cycles in their tracks. I utilize Theraplay techniques and interventions to build attachment and attunement between parents and their children. I pull from Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing to help clients of all ages find closure and healing.
