AN ANCHOR REPRESENTS HOPE...
LET US HELP YOU FIND IT

You can find the healing you seek.

You don’t have to continue surviving through each day. We will help you find the tools to thrive in your relationships, job, sport, parenting, and all domains of life. We know the world we live in is filled with stress, overwhelm, and busyness, so we provide a space for you to decompress and learn how to manage.

Healing mind, body, and spirit.

Anchored Mental Health and Wellness was birthed out of a desire to help others the way I have been helped along my journey of chronic illness and childhood trauma. After years of being told my physical issues were “all in my head”, a mentor turned me to functional medicine (root cause). Since 2014 I have been studying holistic health, epigenetics, neurobiology, neurophysiology, dysautonomia, and polyvagal theory to name a few. What I have found is that the body and brain are not separate. Mental health diagnoses are given for a group of symptoms, they do not give answers to the “Why?”. None of us are the same, how we got to this place will be different for everyone. We will work with you to help you find your why.

At Anchored we are committed to helping you find true healing through many different modalities and adjunct therapies.

Our Office

Frequently Asked Questions

Mental health therapy is a covered service under most insurance plans. Our therapists are in-network with Anthem, BCBS, and CareSource Marketplace. When you reach out our intake coordinator will ask for a copy of your card to check your benefits. Marriage, couples, any type of relationship counseling is self-pay ONLY.

There are several reasons you may wish to bypass insurance billing and we’re happy to offer self-pay rates. You will sign a form to opt-out of insurance. We do have some therapists who can take a sliding fee scale based on income.

Our premises include an automatic exterior door entry (side of building) with ramp. Our offices are also first floor. Additionally, our therapists are all available via telehealth when needed.

We safely maintain your credit card information in order to make the payment process easy. We bill sessions at the beginning or end of each session. Payments for co-pays and deductibles are paid at time of service. Your card will be charged for any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation and no-show fees are charged, as everyone’s time is valuable and it allows us to have availability to help as many people as possible. We accept all credit cards including HSA cards.

We do have therapists who are able to take a reduced fee which is based on income $75-$120. Regular self pay rates are $150 for the first session (intake) and $130 for all other sessions.

I am able to provide Christian counseling if someone requests and wants this to be a focus in their therapy. I, however, will never push my religious or spiritual beliefs during therapy.
