Bio

I am passionate about living an all around healthy life; I have either played or coached sports most of my life which has shaped me into the person I am today. I love traveling, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, exercising through group fitness, walking my dog at the park and binge watching reality TV. I have a Bacherlor’s Degree in Teaching, English Grades 8-12, a Master’s Degree in School Counseling and a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in the school setting for five years with children and teens from a diverse community in Louisville, Kentucky. I am trained in trauma informed care, culturally inclusive practices and childhood development. This experience has lead to me being an advocate for women and children from all backgrounds.

*Marriage/couples/relationship counseling is self pay only as insurance does not cover.

**We will provide superbills for any insurance we don’t take for clients to file for reimbursement.
